Pinch Pumpkins is a seasonal pumpkin delivery and decorating service based in Austin, Texas. By purchasing from Pinch Pumpkins, customers agree to the following terms:
Product Guarantee
We guarantee fresh, undamaged pumpkins in every order, with a thoughtful variety of colors, sizes, and textures unless a specific color palette or style has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Because pumpkins are a natural product, natural variations in size, shape, surface texture, and longevity should be expected.
Delivery & Setup
Deliveries and porch arrangements will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and within Pinch Pumpkins’ designated service areas (Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Belterra, Oak Hill, Dripping Springs, Westlake, Bee Cave).
Customers must provide safe and accessible delivery conditions. Pinch Pumpkins is not responsible for issues caused by inaccessible delivery locations.
Pumpkin Care & Longevity
Once pumpkins are delivered and arranged, their care and condition are the responsibility of the customer.
Pinch Pumpkins is not liable for damage or deterioration due to weather, animals, insects, or natural decay.
Pick-Up Service
Our Porch Pumpkin Pick-Up service is available December 1–3, with other dates by arrangement. Customers are responsible for scheduling pick-up in advance.
Collected pumpkins are repurposed responsibly, including being provided to Texas Hill Country ranches for livestock and wildlife when possible.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled delivery to be eligible for rescheduling or partial credit.
No refunds are available after delivery has been completed.
Liability
Pinch Pumpkins is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or accidents occurring after delivery or during the natural lifespan of pumpkins.
Customers accept all liability for pumpkins once placed on their property.
